Completion of Quarterly Tender Offer

Further to the quarterly tender offer launched by the Company on 14 May 2026 (the "Tender Offer") for up to 15 per cent. of the Company's issued Shares (excluding any Shares held in treasury), the Company announces that it has acquired 8,386,370 ordinary redeemable shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the Tender Offer. All Shares repurchased by the Company will be held in treasury.
Payment to shareholders of the Tender Offer consideration will be made as soon as practicable, and by no later than 10 Business Days, following the date of this announcement.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 268,150,638 of its Shares in treasury and has 47,001,671 Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
