 Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Group' or the 'Company'), a leading developer and publisher of video games based in Cambridge, UK, today announces the completion of its on‑market share buyback programme (the 'Buyback'), which was announced on 26 February 2026.

Under the Buyback, the Company purchased a total of 1,429,327 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') for an aggregate consideration of £5,324,411, at an average price of 372.51 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares purchased under the Buyback are held in treasury.

Following completion of the Buyback, the Company has 39,478,535 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 3,947,854 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, and therefore 35,530,681 Ordinary Shares carry voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Combined with the share buyback programme that completed on 7 October 2025, the Company has invested a total of £15.4 million to acquire 3,947,854 shares during the current financial year, which has resulted in a 10% reduction in total voting rights.

The share buybacks formed part of the Company's capital allocation strategy and reflects Frontier's strong cash generation, financial position and the Board's continued confidence in Frontier's creative management simulation (CMS) focused strategy and future prospects.
