Company update: Managed Wind Down

Following the announcement of 9 September 2026, the Company has now passed written resolutions to appoint liquidators over its wholly owned subsidiaries, Home Holdings 1 Limited, Home Holdings 2 Limited, Home Holdings 3 Limited and Home Holdings 4 Limited (together, the "Subsidiaries"). Accordingly, each of the Subsidiaries have now been placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (the "Subsidiary Liquidations").

As previously noted in the announcements of 3 August 2026 and 9 September 2026, the Board considers that the Subsidiary Liquidations is a necessary step to allow the Company to advance and finalise the planning for any subsequent return of capital to shareholders by the Company in accordance with the announcement on 1 April 2026.
