CLS signs new lease for over 10,700 sqm at Pierre Valette, Paris

CLS is pleased to announce a new firm 9-year lease starting 1 January 2027 with existing occupier Colt Technology Services ("Colt"), an occupier for over 25 years, for 10,778 sqm (116,013 sq. ft) of office and light industrial space, along with 120 parking spaces at 23-27 Rue Pierre Valette, 92240 Malakoff, southwest Paris.

The letting, which secures rental income above €1.7 million per year was signed at 2.7% above passing rent and in-line ERV. The lease is subject to Indice des Loyers des Activités Tertiaires (ILAT) indexation.

Located in the southwestern suburbs of Paris, 23-27 Rue Pierre Valette is a well-connected, mixed-use property comprising light industrial (including data and telecom uses), and office spaces. The building benefits from direct access to Metro Line 13, and will further enhance its connectivity when the Grand Paris Express station Fort d'Issy-Vanves-Clamart-Malakoff, part of the upcoming Line 15, opens in April 2027
