on Changes in the Supervisory Board

In accordance with of the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public of the following changes:

According to the resolution of the Founder No. 16/2026. (VII.30.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., the mandate of dr. Mátyás Zimmer as a member of the Supervisory Board, and the mandate of dr. Judit Zolnay, Ms. Zita Katalin Kékesiné Győrffy and dr. Balázs Grenczer as a member of the Supervisory Board and in the Audit Committee - due to their resignation - was terminated on July 29, 2026.

The exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt. has appointed dr. György Walter to act for a 5 year term as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and as a member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Viktor Ipacs and Mr. Zsolt Kalocsai to act for a 5 years as a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of MFB Zrt as of 30 July 2026.
