Changes in Board Composition

The Company announces that Geoff Gavey stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on 31 July 2026. As a result, Geoff ceased to be Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of both the Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from that date. The Board thanks Geoff for his valuable contribution to the Company since his appointment in May 2015.

Additionally, further to the announcement on 26 February 2026, John Le Poidevin, who joined the Board on 1 April 2026 and serves as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee, was appointed Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee with effect from 31 July 2026.

There have been no further changes to the board.
