Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited(the "Company")
Change of Service Provider and Registered Office
The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") announces that, with effect from 4 September 2026, the Company has appointed NSM Funds Limited of Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1AR as its Administrator and Company Secretary.
The Board wishes to thank Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Guernsey) Limited, which previously fulfilled these functions.
The Board also announces that, with effect from 4 September 2026, the Company's registered office has changed to Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1AR.
