The Board of Directors (the "Board") of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that with effect from 3rd August, 2026, the Company's registered office and the location of the principal register of members of the Company have been changed to Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited, Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda.
