AIM Rule 26 Website Change

Following shareholder approval of the proposed change of the Company's registered name at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 16 April 2026, the Company announces that Companies House has issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name and accordingly the registered name of the Company is now H-Power plc.

With effect from 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, 13 May 2026, trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new registered name and the new Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (TIDM) will be HPOW (previously AFC). The Company's ISIN GB00B18S7B29 and LEI 213800SRJST19GNS9U35 remain unchanged.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.

In order to reflect the Company's new name, the Company's website address will be changed to www.h-power.co.uk with effect from 8:00am on 14 May 2026. The information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 will be available at this address.

These enable the generation of scaled volumes of low carbon hydrogen at the point of use within a highly compact footprint. Our systems have the potential to drive substantial revenue growth across a wide range of addressable markets, including hard‑to‑abate industrial facilities, transportation and power generation applications.

H-Power's fuel cell generator systems are currently offered with generation capacities of 30 kW and 200 kW. They are well-suited to off‑grid, decentralised and temporary power applications, including the displacement of diesel generators on construction and infrastructure sites. Further use cases include electric vehicle charging for cars, buses and trucks, as well as charging of battery‑powered non‑road machinery, with additional emerging opportunities in maritime, data centre and rail applications.
