CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Sunrise Resources plc (AIM: SRES) announces the appointment of MAH, Chartered Accountants ("MAH") as the Company's new Auditor with effect from 15 June 2026. MAH will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 and a proposal to formally approve MAH's appointment as the Company's Auditor will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, to be held in 2027.

The appointment of MAH as the Company's Auditor follows the resignation of Crowe U.K. LLP ("Crowe") with effect from 1 June 2026. As required by Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Crowe has confirmed to the Group that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Group.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Crowe for its support and services to the Group in recent years.
