Change of Auditor
Pennpetro Energy Plc (LSE: PPP), the company focused on developing strategic energy projects, announces the appointment of MHA Audit Services LLP as the Company’s auditor following the resignation of Crowe UK LLP. The appointment of MHA Audit Services LLP will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Crowe UK LLP has commented that there are no matters connected with their ceasing to hold office that Crowe considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company. A copy of Crowe’s letter of resignation will be loaded into the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Board would like to thank Crowe for its services to the Company throughout its tenure in office.
