Change in Trading Currency

On 12 August 2026, Baltic Classifieds Group PLC (LSE: BCG), the leading online classifieds group in the Baltics, announced its intention to change the currency in which its ordinary shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange from pence sterling to euro cents. The Company confirms that notification has been made to the London Stock Exchange and that the currency change to euro cents will take effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 2 September 2026.

The change does not impact the nominal value or nominal currency of BCG's shares, which will remain £0.01 per share and denominated in sterling. The change does not impact BCG's listing on the London Stock Exchange in any other way. BCG will remain a member of the FTSE 250 Index. Shareholders are not required to take any action.
