The Board has been informed that Graham Spence, a co-portfolio manager since 2025, of the Company’s value stocks in the large cap portfolio has informed J. P. Morgan (‘the Manager’) of his decision to pursue an opportunity outside the firm. He is expected to depart in the first quarter of 2027.
The portfolio’s large cap value stocks will continue to be managed by Jack Caffrey, who has 24 years’ experience with the Manager and is supported by a well-resourced team of experienced analysts in the Value team, while the large cap growth stocks are the responsibility of Felise Agranoff, who has 22 years’ experience with the Manager. There will be no changes to the investment strategy or process as a result of Graham’s departure.
The Board would like to thank Graham for his contribution to the management of the Company’s assets and wishes him well in his future.
