CFO and Company Secretary changes

Bravura Solutions Limited (AIM:BVS) ("Bravura" or the "Company"), advises that, as announced on 29 May 2026, Neil Montford steps down as CFO and Joint Company Secretary today.

The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr Montford for his service and contribution to the Company during his tenure.

The Company advises that Mr Stuart Roberts has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, effective immediately. Mr Roberts is an experienced Company Secretary and will be the person responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters. Ms Kathryn Erman continues as Joint Company Secretary.

The Company further advises that Ms Nicole Ebejer has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms Ebejer has been Bravura's Group Controller since joining the business in 2023.
