(“Tungsten West”, the “Company” or the “Group”)
Capital Reduction
Tungsten West (AIM: TUN), the owner and operator of the Hemerdon tungsten and tin mine ("Hemerdon" or the "Project") in Devon, UK, announces that, following the confirmation hearing held on 3 November 2026, the High Court of Justice of England and Wales has sanctioned the proposed cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the Company’s share premium account (the “Capital Reduction”).
The Capital Reduction was approved by shareholders via a special resolution at the Annual General Meeting on 29 September 2026.
The Capital Reduction will become effective upon registration of the Court order and accompanying statement of capital by the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales, which is expected to occur within the next few days. The number of shares admitted to trading will be unchanged by the Capital Reduction.
The Capital Reduction will enable the Company to pay dividends and make other distributions to shareholders of the Company in the future. However, there can be no assurance that the Company will make any such distributions or returns of value or as to the timing or amount.
