Capital Reduction Court Approval

Jubilee, the integrated copper producer and resource developer in Zambia, is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice, at a confirmation hearing held yesterday 28 April 2026, has approved the Company's application to reduce the share premium account of the Company (Capital Reduction).

Details of the Capital Reduction were set out in the Notice of General Meeting published by the Company on 23 March 2026, and it was approved at the general meeting of the Company held on 8 April 2026.

The Capital Reduction will become effective when the order of the Court confirming the Capital Reduction and the statement of capital approved by the Court are registered by the Registrar of Companies.
