The Company has been advised that 48 ordinary shares of 31p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) held by Pablo Andres, Chief Financial Officer, were automatically sold by his share dealing platform to cover account administration costs. Pablo Andres subsequently purchased the same number of Ordinary Shares.
Following these transactions, Pablo Andres’ shareholding remains unchanged at a total of 257,945 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the Company’s issued share capital.
