CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

 

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that on 19 October 2026 it cancelled 1,604,568 ordinary shares which were held in treasury.

 

Following the cancellation there are 59,220,801 ordinary shares in issue with no shares held in treasury. Total voting rights are now 59,220,801.
