CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

 

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that on 19 August 2026 it cancelled 600,000 ordinary shares which were held in treasury.

 

Following the cancellation there are 60,825,369 ordinary shares in issue with 1,145,068 held in treasury. Total voting rights are now 59,680,301.
