Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that following a Board meeting, the Company has cancelled 88,797,669 ordinary shares previously held in treasury.
Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital comprises 796,000,000 ordinary shares, with 44,283,550 shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 751,716,450.
The Board will continue to deploy the Company's share buyback programme as appropriate.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2R and DTR 5 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company discloses the following information:
