C Share Portfolio Investment in Skylo

Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc (LSE: SSIT), the world's first listed SpaceTech investment company, announces that it has invested a further $23.1 million (£17.5 million) in existing portfolio company, Skylo Technologies Inc. ("Skylo"). The investment has been funded using the proceeds of the Company's £137 million C Share issue.

Skylo is a trusted connectivity partner to leading mobile network operators, device manufacturers and chipset providers. Through its software-defined non-terrestrial network platform and technologies, Skylo enables seamless connectivity across terrestrial and satellite networks, extending coverage for consumers and enterprises beyond the reach of traditional mobile infrastructure and supporting more resilient communications.
