Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE SA") announces that, it issued today a €350 million bond loan due September 2029. The yield has been set at 3.853% per annum. The new bond loan was fully subscribed by Deutsche Telekom AG.
The proceeds of the new bond loan will be used by OTE Group to refinance part of the €500 million bond due on 24 September 2026, issued by OTE plc under the Global Medium Term Note Programme.
