Appointment of Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee

Liontrust is pleased to announce that Miriam Greenwood has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. Miriam has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since November 2023 and is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Nomination Committee and Sustainability Committee.

Further, Liontrust is pleased to announce that Mandy Donald has been appointed as the Chair of the Sustainability Committee with immediate effect. Mandy has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since October 2019 and is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
