BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("Bank")

This is to inform you that 261st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, 15 April 2026 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 1st Quarter ended 31 March 2026 and for declaration of any entitlement. 

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 07 April 2026 to 15 April 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
