Board Changes

Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), the designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces that Jonathan Crookall has decided to step down from his role as Chair with immediate effect and will now revert to the role of Non-Executive Director of the Company, where his extensive knowledge and experience will continue to make a significant contribution to the Board.

Mark Taylor has been appointed Interim Non-Executive Chair and the Board will now commence a process to identify and appoint a permanent independent Non-Executive Chair.
