Board Changes

 

Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), the designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces the following Board changes with immediate effect.

Simon Bragg, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair. Mark Taylor, previous Interim Non-Executive Chair continues his role as Non-Executive Director. Jonathan Crookall, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board.

The Board have commenced a search to appoint an additional independent Non-Executive Director, and a further announcement will be made in due course.

The Board wishes to thank Jonathan for his significant contribution to the Company over the past four years.
