Board Changes

GS Chain Plc (LSE: GSC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alex Dunlop to the Board as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Nick Martin to the Board as Interim Chief Operating Officer, with immediate effect.

The Company also announces that Mr. Paul Carroll has today resigned from the Board.

Mr. Dunlop has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer for an initial period of one year.

Following these appointments, Mr. Sebastien Guerin will step down as Chief Operating Officer and will continue to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Alex Dunlop – Interim Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Alex Dunlop (aged 45), LLB (Hons), PGDip, MCIArb, is an experienced company director with a background as a lawyer, mediator and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) specialist. Specialising in international dispute resolution, Mr. Dunlop has managed conflict at the highest levels for over ten years, including multi-million-pound disputes and complex multi-party negotiations for domestic and international clients.

In addition to his appointment at GS Chain, Mr. Dunlop currently holds or has held during the past five years, the following directorships:

Mr. Nick Martin – Interim Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Nick Martin (aged 58) is an experienced company director.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of Mr. Dunlop or Mr. Martin pursuant to paragraphs (2) to (6) of UKLR 6.4.8R.

Mr. Carroll has advanced certain amounts to the Company to allow it to continue to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Company intends to negotiate in good faith with Mr. Carroll to structure these amounts as a loan, to be repaid on the successful completion of a reverse takeover. The Company will make a further announcement once these arrangements have been formalised.
