Theo Fennell PLC13 February 2008 THEO FENNELL PLC ("Theo Fennell" or "the Company") Board change and trading update The Board of Theo Fennell announces that the contract of its Creative DirectorTheo Fennell will end in twelve months time and that he will be standing down asa Director of the Company. The Board is currently in discussion with Theoregarding a new long term design contract on mutually advantageous terms. Theowill continue to be available to the business on design matters but will not beinvolved in the operational management. The Group has a strong management team in place, led by Pamela Harper who wasappointed Chief Executive at the end of last year and has 28 years experience ofthe luxury goods sector including Burberry, Hermes, Dunhill and Jaeger. Current trading continues to be good. Sales year-to-date have increased to 13%over the same period last year. Theo Fennell commented: "Design has always been the hub of my professional lifeand so it will remain. However, there are a number of other design areasoutside luxury goods with which I would like to become involved. Going forward, I hope to continue my relationship with the Group and yet havethe flexibility to enter new creative arenas. I am very proud of the Company and hope to be an on-going design influence andambassador for the brand as it continues to develop."
