The Company announces that Barbara Snoad, CEO of Theo Fennell, will leave the Company on Friday 3 June. This follows a two year period at the Company in which Barbara has worked closely with Theo Fennell and the Board to successfully refocus the business. Barbara rejoined the Company in May 2009 at a time when the business was under performing. Mr Theo Fennell will take on the role of Managing Director in the interim period.

The Company continues its expansion both domestic and international and is performing satisfactorily in all areas. The launch of Alias, the new silver jewellery, continues to meet with success and increasing sales.
