eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), an Energy-as-a-Service provider delivering funded energy infrastructure upgrades across multi-site portfolios, announces the intention of Gary Worby, Non-executive Director, to resign on 30 June 2026.

 

Andrew Lawley, Chairman of eEnergy commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Gary for his service to the Company. The Board intends to appoint another Non-executive Director in due course."
