Board Change

CLS announces that Harry Stokes, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Director of the Company, has informed the Board of his decision to step down to pursue other interests.

Harry will remain in role until 2 July 2026, at which point he will step down from the Board. He will remain an employee of the Company until 17 July 2026 and will work with the Board, Fredrik Widlund, his successor and the wider finance team to support an orderly transition of his responsibilities.

Patrick Symons, CA, will be appointed to the Board as CFO on 3 July 2026. Patrick has worked at CLS in a number of senior financial roles since joining in 2017 and has been Group Financial Controller since 2023.

The Board remains confident in both our long-term strategy of owning and actively managing high-quality, well-located, multi-let office assets in Europe's three largest economies, and our near-term strategic priorities of reducing our vacancy, strengthening our balance sheet through active refinancing and disposals, and investing in our properties.

This announcement has been made pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.6 and 6.4.7. There is no further information relating to Patrick Symons which is required to be disclosed under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8.
