Block Admission to Trading Application
Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the LSE for a total of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.025 each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares'), to be admitted to trading on the main market of the LSE.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 28 August 2026. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Shares and will be issued under the Rules of the Company's Saving's-Related Share Option Plan (ShareSave Plan).
