Block Admission Application

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 16,500,000 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These Shares are being reserved under a block admission to trading and may be issued pursuant to the placing programme described in the prospectus published on 13 April 2026 and in the market, in response to additional market demand.

Admission of the Shares is expected at 8.00 a.m. on 22 April 2026.
