The Board of Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has received a requisition notice from Saba Capital Management, L.P. (via Vidacos Nominees Limited) requesting that the appointments of Jason Chen, Thomas H. McGlade and James Waterlow as directors of the Company are put forward as ordinary resolutions at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
