Pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Better Collective A/S hereby announces that Wealth Fund Partners A/S has notified Better Collective A/S that, as of 20 April 2026, Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest has changed its holding of shares/voting rights as follows:

As of 20 April 2026, Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest holds 2,840,638 shares in Better Collective A/S, corresponding to 4.8347% of the total share capital and voting rights in Better Collective A/S. The notification relates solely to Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest. The aggregate total holding and voting rights of BLS Capital Fondsm¦glerselskab A/S, which includes Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest, remains above the 10% threshold.
