Availability of Report & Accounts and AGM Notice
Gattaca plc, the specialist staffing solutions business, confirms that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2026, together with notice of the Group's 2026 annual general meeting (the "AGM"), have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website, at www.gattacaplc.com.
The AGM will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday 9 December 2026 at 1450 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7AF.
