Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary technology-based trading platforms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Merrill Lynch International ("BofA Securities") as Joint Corporate Broker to the Company, with immediate effect. BofA Securities will act in such capacity alongside the Company's existing Corporate Broker, Panmure Liberum Limited.
The Board considers that the appointment further strengthens the Company's access to global capital markets and supports its continued engagement with a diverse, high-quality investor base.
