Appointment of Corporate Broker

Kavango Resources plc (LSE: KAV), the Southern Africa-focused metals exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of S.P. Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as the Company's Corporate Broker with immediate effect.

Kavango has appointed SP Angel to support the Company's engagement with investors as it continues to advance its portfolio of metals exploration and development opportunities in Southern Africa.

Donald McAlister, Non-Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Kavango, commented:
