Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Aptitude (LSE: APTD), a market-leading provider of AI-native Finance ERP software, is pleased to announce that Kenneth Paqvalén will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and will join the Board as an Executive Director, with effect from 21 September 2026.

Kenneth is a highly experienced finance leader with more than 20 years' experience scaling international technology and software businesses through high-growth phases, funding rounds and M&A. His experience includes the CFO roles at Napier AI, a financial crime compliance regtech company, at R3, a digital currency and digital asset solutions provider, and Matillion, a cloud data transformation company.
