Theo Fennell PLC06 December 2007 6 December 2007 Theo Fennell PLC ("Theo Fennell" or "the Group") Appointment of Chief Executive Theo Fennell is pleased to announce the appointment of Pamela Harper as ChiefExecutive with immediate effect. Pamela is one of the luxury goods industry'smost experienced operators with 28 years experience spanning Burberry, Escada,Hermes, Alfred Dunhill and Jaeger. She worked at Burberry for nine years andplayed a major role in the turnaround of the brand, working closely with RoseMarie Bravo. During her nine years at Burberry, Pamela played a major role in both theturnaround and international development of the Group, building the brand inJapan, Europe and the US. She also successfully redeveloped Burberry's flagshipHaymarket store. Prior to joining Burberry Pamela was Managing Director ofEscada UK and instigated a recovery plan for the business. Between 1994 and1997, she was Managing Director of Hermes (GB) where she developed the Hermesbrand in the UK, opening new regional stores and achieving the highest growthfor Hermes amongst its European subsidiaries. She commenced her luxury goodscareer at Jaeger where she spent five years before going to Alfred Dunhill as aGeneral Manager for the accessories division. Pamela joins Theo Fennell fromLambert Howarth where she was Chief Executive. Pamela is also a non-executivedirector of Western & Oriental plc. Following the trading update announced in October 2007, today's appointment isin-line with the Group's strategy to establish a management team who will beable to take the Group to the next stage of its International development.
