Appointment of Broker

NET ZERO INFRASTRUCTURE PLC (LSE: NZI) (the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company, announces the appointment of Clear Capital Markets Ltd as broker to the Company with immediate effect.

As previously announced, the Company intends to raise funding of £250k through the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company at 0.75p per share with additionally the issue of 1 warrant for every 2 ordinary share issued, exercisable at 1.5p and expiring 3 years from the date of issue, with the ability of the Company to accept over subscription. The funds raised will be used primarily to cover professional fees as it progresses its RTO and proposed admission to AIM.
