(1) The Company's filing for the issuance of the 2025 First Overseas Unsecured Convertible Bonds, was declared effective on November 3, 2025, pursuant to the Financial Supervisory Commission (the "FSC") Letter No. 1140361190 dated November 3, 2025, and with extension of the offering period approved pursuant to FSC Letter No.1150332096 dated January 27, 2026.

(2)In consideration of the volatility in the capital market, the Company has applied to the FSC to cancel its 2025 First Overseas Unsecured Convertible Bonds issuance in order to serve the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
