Notice of Annual General Meeting

Stelrad Group plc ("Stelrad" or "the Group" or "the Company", LSE: SRAD), a leading specialist manufacturer and distributor of steel panel and other designer radiators in the UK, Europe and Turkey, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published today on its investor website at https://stelradplc.com/.

Printed copies of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will also be posted today to all registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications. These documents are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Group's AGM will be held at 65 Gresham Street, City of London, London EC2V 7NQ, at 12:30pm BST on Wednesday 20 May 2026.

Management looks forward to welcoming as many shareholders as possible in person to the AGM, at which shareholders will have the opportunity to speak to the Directors and vote on the resolutions being put to the AGM. Voting at the AGM will be conducted by way of a poll.

The results of the AGM will be notified to the London Stock Exchange and posted on Stelrad's investor website as soon as possible after the AGM, along with details of the business conducted at the AGM.

Stelrad is headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK and in 2025 employed 1,300 people, with manufacturing and distribution facilities in Çorlu (Turkey), Mexborough (UK), Moimacco (Italy) and Nuth (Netherlands), with a further commercial and distribution operation in Krakow (Poland).

The Group's origins date back to the 1930s and Stelrad enjoys long established commercial relationships with many of its customers, having served each of its top five current customers for over twenty years.
