Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Baltic Classifieds Group PLC (LSE: BCG), the leading online classifieds group in the Baltics, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2026 and Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been issued to shareholders.

Copies of the 2026 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available to download from the Company's website at https://balticclassifieds.com.

The Company also announces that its 2026 AGM will be held at 11.00 am (local time) / 9.00 am (BST) on Wednesday 23 September 2026, at Esperanza, Paunguriai, Trakai District, Vilnius County 21282, Lithuania.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Meeting and form of proxy for the AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
