CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (the "Company") today announces that the following documents in relation to the annual results for the year ended 31st December, 2025 and the 2026 annual general meeting ("2026 AGM") (the "Documents") have been published :-

- Notice of 2026 AGM

Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and Sustainability Report 2025 have been submitted in unedited full text to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for viewing at (https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism).
The Notice of 2026 AGM will be available for viewing at (https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) on 17th April, 2026.
The 2026 AGM will be a hybrid meeting to be held at 1st Floor, Harbour Grand Kowloon, 20 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong and online on Wednesday, 20th May, 2026 at 2:15 p.m. Hong Kong time (7:15 a.m. London time).
