Annual Financial Report for the 53 weeks ended 5 April 2026 and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

Norcros is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the 53 weeks ended 5 April 2026 and the 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the 53 weeks ended 5 April 2026 on 11 June 2026.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will both be available on the Company's website by accessing: www.norcros.com

The 2026 AGM will be held at 11.00am on 22 July 2026 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.
