Publication of the Amplius Annual Report and Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 March 2026

Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury plc, Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury No. 2 plc and Grand Union Group Funding plc (together, the "Issuers") announce that Amplius has published its audited Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026.

A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements is available on the Amplius website.

Regulatory Judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing

The Issuers further announce that the Regulator of Social Housing has published its latest regulatory judgement for Amplius following an inspection completed in August 2026.

The regulatory judgement confirms a consumer grade of C2, a governance grade of G1 and a financial viability grade of V2.

Strategic Partnership under the Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026-2036

The Issuers are also pleased to announce that Amplius has been awarded £320.5 million of funding through the Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026-2036.

The funding will support the delivery of 2,500 new homes over the programme period, contributing to Amplius' strategic objective of increasing the supply of affordable housing and meeting housing need across its operating regions.
