Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 2026

Following its Preliminary Full-year Results announcement on 28 May 2026, SSE plc confirms that it has today published the following documents on the Company's website at https://www.sse.com/investors/reports-and-results/:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026.

· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026.

· Sustainability Report 2026.

SSE's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Perth Concert Hall, Mill Street, Perth PH1 5HZ on Thursday 16 July 2026 at 12.30pm. This will be a combined physical and online (hybrid) AGM. Details of how to join the meeting can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and at https://www.sse.com/investors/annual-general-meeting-2026/

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Form of Proxy for 2026 have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
