Publication of Annual Report, Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the Company's 2026 Annual Financial Results announcement issued on 29 April 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc, announces that it has published the Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report") for the financial year ended 31 January 2026 together with a Circular and Notice of the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").

The Company hereby confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 11 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Offices of Panmure Liberum, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY

The following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders by the Company:

2. Circular and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
