Annual Financial Report & Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the announcement on 17 April 2026 of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2025 (RNS number: 8399A), the Company announces that it has published the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts ("2025 Annual Report") on the Company's website:

The Company has also today posted the following documents to shareholders:

· 2025 Annual Report;

· Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM); and

· Letter of Availability.

The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 3:00 p.m. BST on Tuesday, 19 May 2026 at Strand Hanson LTD, 26 Mount Row, Mayfair, London W1K 3SQ.

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote on the resolutions, the Company kindly requests shareholders to submit a proxy vote online at https://uk.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com/  or via the Investor Centre app, via CREST or if you are an institutional investor via Proxymity in accordance with the instructions set out in note 2 of the Explanatory Notes to the Notice of AGM which can be found on the Company's website https://www.idhcorp.com/. Shareholders wishing to access the dial-in facility or submit questions are asked to email  [email protected] by close of business on Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

In accordance with UK Listing Rules 22.2.6 and 22.2.7 and the UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") 6.2.10R and 6.3.5R, the 2025 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") in both structured electronic format and in unedited full text and the Notice of the 2026 AGM has been submitted to the NSM.
